This position would suit a quick learning intelligent person with previous customer facing experience preferably in the motor industry.

In order to be successful in this role you will be a strong character, have the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and enjoy interacting with customers both face to face and over the phone.

You will have a proven track record as a Service Advisor, ideally in the motor industry and knowledge of automotive computer systems would be an advantage however training will be provided. We are looking for an individual with organisational and administrative skills along with excellent attention to detail.

This role will require you to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as individually using your own initiative. You will be self-motivated and have a positive attitude, outstanding listening and communication skills, be well organised and handle working in a busy environment.

As a Service Advisor, your key responsibilities involve providing our customers with a first-class customer service and taking care of all their servicing and repair needs. You will be required to work closely with the workshop to ensure all work is completed on time and to schedule.

This role is full time.

Our requirements for you?

• NVQ 3 or equivalent
• MOT tester would be advantageous
• The ability to complete routine maintenance such as service work, brakes, suspension, and timing belts on all makes and models of vehicles.

• A positive mindset and attitude.
• Passion for vehicles.
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship.
