Start with the maintenance record
Tell the team when the fluid was last changed if you know, and share any reminder or maintenance recommendation you have received. If the record is missing, say that it is unknown. This page does not set a universal replacement interval or infer one from mileage.
Report braking concerns separately
A fluid-change request does not explain a warning light, unusual pedal feel or other change in braking. Describe those concerns explicitly so the team can advise on the appropriate assessment. Do not use a maintenance booking as an online diagnosis or assurance that the vehicle can be driven.
