What kinds of vehicles are in the fleet?
Our fleet has over 20 vehicles, including small cars, MPVs, vans and 4×4s. Tell the team the type you need and your dates so they can discuss the available options.
Are courtesy cars free?
Yes. The car itself is free. A one-off £20 insurance waiver including VAT applies for the loan, with a £250 accident excess. There is no deposit; you pay for the fuel you use.
What are the driver requirements?
Drivers must have a valid licence and no more than six penalty points. Turner Brothers adds no separate age restriction; the office must check your licence and confirm insurance cover before you drive the vehicle.
How should I use and return the vehicle?
Courtesy vehicles are for local use. Please return the vehicle clean and with the same amount of fuel as at handover. The office will agree the return arrangements with you.
Do you offer vehicle recovery?
Recovery is only available within five miles of our garage. Please call the team to confirm availability and arrangements; an enquiry does not dispatch recovery.
Does an enquiry reserve a vehicle?
No. It starts a conversation with the team. Your vehicle, dates, insurance charge and terms need to be confirmed by Turner Brothers.
Can I ask about a courtesy vehicle when my car is in the workshop?
Yes. Mention your workshop visit and the dates you have in mind. The team will discuss what can be arranged and confirm availability and terms with you.
