Build a clear list of work
Tell the team when the vehicle was last serviced and what the invoice records. Include upcoming trips, an uncertain history or work recommended previously. These are useful planning details, but none automatically determines which parts must be replaced or which service is right.
Avoid assumptions about inclusions
The full-service name does not promise every filter, fluid, belt, spark plug or specialist procedure. Ask for an agreed itemised scope and any exclusions. Manufacturer requirements and the vehicle's actual specification need to be considered by the workshop.
Plan the visit around practical needs
If you need to discuss collection or a courtesy vehicle, include that request early. Availability and terms are confirmed separately. A preferred date does not reserve workshop time, and the workshop must confirm your appointment.
