Bring the identifying details
Include registration, make and model where applicable. If you have a part number, say where it came from and whether it is from the existing part or an earlier quote. A number or a visual match alone is not a fitment guarantee.
Separate the part from the problem
If you are unsure what is needed, describe the symptom rather than committing to a replacement part. A warning light or diagnostic code may need assessment before a part is selected. You can use the repair enquiry instead if the intended job is the main concern.
Confirm supply and fitting
Ask the team about availability, total price and whether fitting is part of the request. Supplier stock, delivery timing, returns and any fitting charge need confirmation from the workshop. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or authorise a purchase.
