Suspension enquiries at Turner Brothers.

A new noise, a change in ride or a suspension comment on an MOT report is a reason to describe the problem clearly. Suspension is part of Turner Brothers’ existing repair offer. The website helps you prepare an enquiry; it does not identify the faulty component or set a repair price.

Describe the conditions

Tell the team where you notice the sound or movement and when it occurs, such as during normal turning or over changes in road surface. Include when it began and any recent impact or work. Do not carry out extra driving to reproduce a concern for the form.

Keep report dates attached

If you are referring to an MOT advisory, copy its wording and date into the enquiry. Mention any work completed since then. A past advisory can be useful context but must not be treated as an automatically outstanding defect or a current diagnosis.

Discuss related alignment and tyre work

Suspension work, tyre concerns and alignment are distinct requests. Let the team establish the appropriate sequence and the cost of any agreed work. Two-wheel alignment is £78 and four-wheel alignment is £132, including VAT; suspension repairs, parts or additional assessment are separate.

A little clarity

Your questions,
answered.

Can you quote for a noise from this form?

The description helps the team understand the request, but the required repair may need assessment before a price can be confirmed.

Should I book alignment instead?

If you are unsure, explain the symptoms and ask the team. The chooser cannot diagnose a suspension or alignment fault.
