Confirm the refrigerant first
R134a and R1234yf are separate service options with different prices. The illustration, registration entry and vehicle age on this website do not establish which refrigerant your system uses. If you have information from the vehicle's label or service record, pass it to the team for confirmation.
Describe how the cooling has changed
Mention whether the air has become gradually warmer, stopped cooling suddenly or behaves differently while driving. Tell the team about unusual sounds, previous repairs or a recent regas. This helps explain the concern without assuming that another regas will solve it.
If a leak prevents refilling
If the leak check finds a fault and the system cannot be refilled, the check costs £60 including VAT. This is the charge for that outcome, not an extra £60 added to a completed regas. Repairs, parts and further investigation are agreed separately.
