The service requirements depend on the coupling and vehicle. Turner Brothers will use the vehicle details to confirm the relevant maintenance before quoting, including what oil-service work is proposed.
Keep a separate service record
Haldex servicing is distinct from engine and gearbox oil servicing. If you are unsure whether it has been done, mention that in your enquiry and bring any invoices that describe previous driveline maintenance.
Combine visits where practical
Tell the team if engine or gearbox servicing is also due. They can consider the requests together and confirm the appointment arrangements, with the contents of each service explained separately.
